A new kitchen with modern design and new appliances. The sliding glass door off the kitchen fills the room with light. Master bedroom (King) on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. Second floor: 2nd BR (Queen) 3rd BR (Twin, Full) - Large walk-in closet is big enough for a pack-and-play Upstairs bathroom Home office space 4 total beds (I can't get the AI to stop counting twice) The private backyard has two grills and a patio with seating for 6. Patio furniture includes an umbrella. U-shaped driveway can park 5 cars comfortably. Boats are welcome. You can back an average boat (26' or smaller) down the left-hand side of the house easily * Linen is not included. (Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels) The agency I use to clean the property can add linen for a fee ($150). If you'd like to explore that option, please let me know and I'll add that to the price. * Pillows, blankets, and covers are included. *Pets are welcome in this house. The backyard offers tons of natural privacy but is not fully fenced off. *This house does not have a tub. All showers are walk-ins. The kitchen sink is large enough to bathe an infant. Full house June 28th - Sept 6th (Summer Season) This property rents Saturday through Saturday with a 7-night min. Offseason 3-night minimum. No check-in restrictions.
